FAQ

Our Tastings

We have a theme for our evening, can you make a wine tasting to match?
Of course! I really enjoy collaborating wine and themes harmoniously.

Can you come to a Tasting outside London?
Absolutely! Get in touch and we can discuss the distance and price for your tasting.

Should I bring anything?
I would advise eating before you come to our tastings (unless it's the Fizz & Chips), and just bring your lovely selves! We will provide a few snacks and nibbles though as a little treat during the tastings, but nothing too filling.

Custom Tastings

Do you supply glassware for the custom tasting sessions?
If you don't have enough glasses at your event venue, we can bring along some extra for a small fee. We aim to try and keep the cost down, and it'll all be ironed out over

Should I supply food to go with my tasting? And if so what do you recommend?
We'll be engrossed in our wine tasting so bite-sized snacks like olives are best. I am more than happy to match our wines with your meal if required.

How much should I be spending on a bottle? What's the average price of the bottles you'll recommend?
This is totally up to you. Whatever you spend, as long as you buy the correct one I suggest, it will give off the characteristics required. I'll explain further in the tastings the benefits of spending your extra few pennies.
What's the average price of the bottles you'll recommend?
The average price of the bottles I'll recommend is around £15, but this will end up depending on what type of tasting you want and will all be agreed on between us via email contact before your tasting. Don't worry though, it'll all be delicious!

Online Tastings

Do I have to buy 4 bottles of wine for the tasting?
In order to provide great comparisons for learning you will. However, you can get most of the wines I suggest in half-bottle sizes. Alternatively, if you can't find a buddy to share the experience with, pump the wine and drink it through the week or chuck it in a risotto!

We'll be engrossed in our wine tasting so bite-sized snacks like olives are best. But I am more than happy to recommend what foods go best with the wines we'll be having if required, just reach out ahead of time.
